TIP. To learn the User Name of your handheld (often called the HotSync name), please launch the HotSync application on your handheld. Do not start the HotSync operation! Just look at the upper right-hand corner on the screen of your handheld and you will find there the User Name.

Note. We need the User Name of your handheld in order to generate the activation key which will turn the trial version of the application to the full one.
